Description

The Wabash Center has long been a space of meaningful impact and transformative engagement. With deep appreciation for that legacy, we now look toward the future. This consultation brings together a circle of our core leaders not to revisit the past, but toimagine what’s next. As the national climate and the landscape of higher education continue to shift, the Wabash Center seeks to refine, improve, and possibly pivot its programmatic direction over the next two to three years to better meet the needs of our faculty. We are inviting you into this visioning space because we value your wisdom, your experience, and your unique perspective in a time of both uncertainty and opportunity.

Preliminary Questions

  1. What would it mean to refine, enhance, or pivot our core programmatic offerings—particularly our (a) cohort groups, (b) educational resources, and (c) regranting program?
  2. What are the emerging needs of our people?
  3. What story shapes our future? What story should?
  4. If our goal is not to expand, but to deepen our work with greater intentionality and precision—what should we focus on? What would we do?
  5. Given our unique mission and position in the field, how might we use our vantage point to spark creativity in programming?
